Brain Tools to Overcome Fear & Anxiety
Overcoming fear is a learnable skill. This course will unpack the brain science of fear and give you the tools you need to reduce anxiety, get out of your head, and take actions that will help you manage uncertainty. Whether you're struggling to get out of bed, or yearning to get out of your comfort zone, this course will teach you how to work with your brain rather than against it to unlock a calm, centered, fearless new you. Courage can become your new normal, but it takes brain training to get there!
Join us for four 60-minute sessions that will bring relief, hope, and courage to anyone suffering from fear and anxiety. Along the way you'll receive downloadable exercises to help you practice what you're learning, as well as reading lists to help you take your knowledge to the next level. You'll also be invited to join a Facebook group where you can engage with others who are also on a journey to become #FearlessByDesign.

James is a brain science curator and neuroscience entrepreneur. He passionately believes that with the right tools anyone can become whomever they imagine themselves to be. James spent six years doing psychology research at Columbia, Tufts, and Yale, and an additional six years building brain-based curricula in partnership with the Queen of Jordan. A rare combination of scientist, trainer, and entrepreneur, his previous work in the Middle East was featured by the NYTimes, FastCompany, and TEDx.
