Who Is VidSummit For?

Will Video Replays of the conference sessions be available?
If you want to watch your favorite speaker again, or you're unable to attend, you will still be able to view the conference sessions in the app and on the website. Replays will be available for purchase within 14 days after the close of VidSummit.
Can I get a Refund?
Tickets- You may cancel your participation in VidSummit 2022 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel before May 31, 2022, you will receive a refund of purchase price minus the cost of a Replays ($199). If you cancel between June 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel after July 1, 2022, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place for a $50 transfer fee. You may resell your ticket. To request a refund or fully grant your access to the event to another person, email [email protected]. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored. Replays- You may request a refund on purchased VidSummit Replays, but please be aware of the following refund policy: We will gladly issue a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, however, refunds will only be considered within 48 hours of purchase. What are the dates of VidSummit?
VidSummit will be September 27-29, 2022 at the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles.

Can I transfer my ticket?
If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, you may do so for a processing fee of $50 USD. This must be done no later than 30 days before VidSummit 2021 begins.
Do I need a COVID Vaccine to attend?
We are following the CA Hotel and Lodging Association guidelines, at this time we are NOT planning to require attendees to provide proof of vaccination.
Event Covid Protocol
Masks are required during the event. We will have VidSummit masks as well as N95 masks available for all attendees and speakers.
Sanitation stations will be placed throughout the entire space as well as at each entrance/conference room.
We will continue to follow Covid protocol, and have more information as we get closer to the event.
